Yes, the size of CB is 1.99M (maximum compression). This is nearly half a MB larger then your maximum allowed upload filesize limit. Please contact your host and have them increase this to at least 6MB (helps accommodate other extensions you may want to use or things such as Photo uploads).

Alternatively I believe you can configure FTP mode within Joomla configuration which may help bypass this limit, but can not provide any such guarantee.

Yes, indeed. CB is just below 2 Megabytes.

And PHP default max fileupload size is 2 Megabytes. Most hosters change that to 8 or 16 Megabytes... First time I see one actually decreasing it !

You need then to upload per FTP, unzip on webserver and install from server location in the Joomla installer...or better and easier ask your hoster to change that to at least 6 or 8 MB...

And could you give me some more info about the installing trough ftp?
I use a free webhost atm, but planning to upgrade to paid, that's why it's so low
