I am having trouble with installing a fresh and clean CB 1.4.
The famous message that pluginsfiles.tgz still exists keeps bugging me.

I have red all the topics about this problem, tried almost everything but unfortunately it still does not work. What have I done already:

- changed all permissions on nessasary folders to 755 and even 777
- tried with and without FTP
- PHP version 5.2.10
- tried manual installation (unzip and upload Plugin dir) this solves the error message but now the Configuration page shows up in text / databasefileds only. So: nope not acceptable
- uninstalled / installled everything twice

I ran out of ideas and look forward to an easy sollution for this. So I hopefully can start using CB.
