Changes to Terms and Conditions was created by dandpclements
I have a terms and conditions field enabled on the registration page.
However I have now changed the terms and conditions and would like all existing users to be forced to accept the new terms the next time they log on.
Can anyone suggest how this could be done

Nothing like this is built-in.
I guess you could use a CB Auto Action (Professional membership needed) to redirect people to update their user profile if the new terms and conditions field is not ticked.
