Hello,

I am trying to get my administrators to receive notification emails when a user attempts to sign up for an account.

I have followed the steps outlined in this thread: www.joomlapolis.com/forum/153-professional-member-support/228368-moderator-s-e-mail-not-send?limitstart=0

And I am still unable to get notifications. I have tested mass email to admin accounts and the mass email are working, but other notifications are not going through.

Could anyone please offer some suggestions? Thanks in advance!

If you've confirmation enabled moderators will not be sent an email until after the user has confirmed. Beyond that ensure you've configure your user to receive emails in CB > User Management and have moderator emails enabled in CB > Configuration > Moderation. If still not getting emails try using the Mass Mailer in CB > User Management to email your self to ensure emails are working or not in general.
