Is there any way to show the entries in the Update Logger in the Admin backend?

If you use CB Auto Actions and push data to it, sure. Aside from that no. If you need to keep a history of profile changes we provide CB Profile Update Logger to do that.

We are using CB Profile Update Logger exactly but I can only see the result in the frontend not in the backend. Is it possible to make appear a tab with that?

It displays in backend. If you don't have that functionality your release maybe too far out of date. The last time you downloaded it appears to be in 2018 so that'd be why you're missing that feature. You can demo this on our demo site below.
