CB + CB subs upgrade from Joomla 1.5 was created by Denitz
Hello,

My project requires to upgrade Joomla 1.5.26 with CB 1.2.2 and CB Paid
Subscriptions 1.0.3 to Joomla 3.9 and most recent CB and CB Paid Subscriptions.
We have the CB Paid Subscriptions active license.

Can you advise the better way to do it? I thought about having fresh new Joomla
3.9 with old CB and CB Subs tables copied and Joomla users migrated manually, next install the current CB and CB Subs,
will it work?

Update to CB 1.9.1, which you can download below.

Next migrate to Joomla 3.x, but you may need to migrate to Joomla 2.x first as unsure if Joomla supports 1.x to 3.x directly. Once done install latest CB and CBSubs. Both CB and CBSubs should be able to migrate. This is absolutely not a simple task though and should be done on a clone of your site. Do not attempt migration on a live site without first testing the process.

You will need an active Developer or CB Paid Subscriptions subscription for latest CBSubs though. Your current version of CBSubs will not work on CB 2.x nor will it work on Joomla 3.x.
