Searching the "Dropdown (Multi-select)" on "Userlist" Page Returns No Results

10 months 2 weeks ago #333851 by Webz_Intl
I created a "Dropdown (Multi-select)" entitled "Seeking" that is searchable.

Using the "Seeking" field a user has the following 4 options:

   - Option #1: Males
   - Option #2: Females
   - Option #3: Couples
   - Option #4: Groups

To test, I had a user select the following two options:

   - Option #3: Couples
   - Option #4: Groups

However, when searching on the "Userlist" page nothing appears with the following options selected:

   - Search #1: Only Couples selected (Nothing Appears)
   - Search #2: Only Groups selected (Nothing Appears)
   - Search #3: Both Couples & Groups selected (Nothing Appears)

There must be something I am missing as I feel that all 3 searches should return results.

Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Depends on what your search mode is set to within your userlist. Are you using simple "is", simple "any", or advanced? Set to simple "any" mode for partial searching support or advanced to support partials or exact searching.
