New Message Text Area Only Works with Plain Text

New Message Text Area Only Works with Plain Text was created by Xlym
I seem not to understand how something works in CB.

For some reason, the text area in the "New Message" page does not work unless "Plan Text" is selcted.

The other two options do not work. 

I thought I'd ask instead of trying to fix this by trial and error.

The HTML Editor will be whatever the WYSIWYG editor is for your Joomla site. Check to make sure you didn't set your Joomla accounts editor to None as it will work for per-user WYSIWYG editor settings. If still not displaying check your WYSIWYG editors Joomla plugin settings as something might not be configured properly there.
