increase avatar qulity was created by saman2
my user upload his avatar but after upload the image, the quality of avatar decrease automatically. i set
Default Maximum Image Height
Default Maximum Image Width
Default Maximum Image Filesize
Default Maximum Thumbnail Height
Default Maximum Thumbnail Width
Maintain Aspect Ratio
 Yes Yes, with Cropping No  


and in the avatar field setting increase to
Maximum Image Height
Maximum Image Width
Maximum Image Filesize
Maximum Thumbnail Height
Maximum Thumbnail Width

but the result is something like this:

how can i change the quality to maximum or to more natural ?

How large of an image are they trying to upload? Really large images are going to have loss. You've client side resizing enabled so their browser is resizing the image so what browser they're using could also have an impact. We've client side resizing settings set to as lossless as possible. You can try turning it off and let your server handle the resizing which we also have as lossless as possible.
