I have cb 1.4 with joomla 1.23 when someone trying to surf to user profile with username that include _ I get an error message : This profile does not exist or is no longer available.

site.com/profile/user_name : return This profile does not exist or is no longer available.
with the same link with id number its working.

there is a patch or fix for this issue?
