FOF30\Utils\TimezoneWrangler not found was created by webcoast
Hi, yesterday I upgraded to CB 2.1.3+build.2017.11.16.20.21.51.1a2f01fa1 and this morning when I logged in to the backend for the first time since upgrading CB, I received the following error "Class 'FOF30\Utils\TimezoneWrangler' not found".

I am in Brisbane Australia, we do not have daylight savings, whereas other parts of Australia does, I'm not sure if this is affecting the timezone function or not.

I also have CB Conditional installed, version 4.0.7+build.2017.10.11.12.22.33.90c85f968.

Does CB or CB Conditional reference the timezone wrangler?

Nope. Joomla nor CB even has an FOF30 library. Sounds like a 3rd party extension added it and is what is causing your issue. Based off the below search results it's caused by incomplete Akeeba Admin Tools install.
