[object Object] I have this error in joomla site:
Error: The most recent request was denied because it had an invalid security token. Please go back or refresh the page and try again.

Joomla version: Joomla! 3.10.11 Stable [ Daraja ] 14-August-2022 14:18 GMT
I read a lot about how to fix that error but nothing works. I clean browser cache, disable page caché, clean cache in host control panel, etc. The problem begin when i upgrade CB version. Please tell me what do you recommend. Me and the developer doesnt know how to fix it. We tried a few methods and nothing works.

You're getting this error where exactly? When attempting to login? Joomla throws that when the session token fails. Try editing your Joomla global configuration and change session storage to Database and see if that helps.
