Can cb easily group the existing/new users into different groups for email broadcast later?

Or which version / add-on does the job?

You could use CB User manager advanced search and mass emailing to accomplish this.

Standard CB functionality explained in the documentation (available for paid membership along with many other add-ons and support).

You can also use a newsletter extensions (acymailing suggested) - paid members get discount coupon for this in their user profiles.

Hope I addressed your question, even with the included sales pitch!

Hello Nant,
For my site I need to build an advance user selection page where you can select several groups at once and some include advance search functions like company, etc.

Example:
Send email to all users at Company A and Company B who are in Group 3 and Group 4.

The current CB User Manager only allows you to select 1 group.

Is it possible to build my own search function and then send the list of users to the CB Mass Mail page?

I am trying to reverse engineer how this is currently done, but it will take a LONG time to do.

The mass mail function is emailUsers() in the file administrator/components/com_comprofiler/view/view.users.php

Is there any way to send a list of users to the Mass Mail function?

Thank you for your help.

How are Group A and Group B defined exactly?

Group A and Group B are standard Joomla user groups.
