Didn't fix after updating everything? Are users still storing with plaintext passwords? You'll need to disable non-core CB plugins 1 by 1 and testing registration after each one to see if issue persists in order to find which is causing plaintext password storage.

I disable no-core CB plugins and still storing passwords as plaintext.

It will save corrently if:
Login field type: Username
Autogenerate random registration password: yes
If login field is different: (email) or (username & email) etc
and autogenerate random registration password set to yes
still saves it as plain text.

Could not confirm your issue locally. Please PM backend super administrator login credentials as well as phpmyadmin login credentials and will take a look.
