As part of an early test of a new CB site we are looking at allowing users to register in only if they have a unique access number that we would provide. The purpose being to allow beta testers access while keeping everyone out for the time being.

Is this possible with CB and are there any ideas on how I might accomplish this? Thanks.

You can also use CB Invites to do this. Set the Invite Code field to Required. Then only people who have been invited can register. You could then send invites out to their email addresses.
