I am using the CB Profile Update Logger.
Is there a way to display the field title instead of the field name.
It is a "friendlier"/more descriptive name to display to my end users.

It's not meant for end users. It's meant for administrative purposes. There's no option to show field titles instead of names at this time. Field titles are not unique and can even be empty. Have added a feature ticket to review implementing the option for more user friendly title and value output.
