Core CB is compatible with Joomla 4 and CBSubs has had some testing on Joomla 4, but most other plugins have not been tested on Joomla 4 however they are likely to work fine. You should see CBs menu on the left after installing CB on Joomla 4 as shown below.

Retested with Joomla 4 latest GIT pull. Seams to still work fine there. It's possible this is an already fixed issue in Joomla.
It is a Beta so I wouldn't expect much stability until an RC is out.
