[#8859] Show Empty Fields stopped working after update was created by tastyracer
Hi,
After updating from 2.6.4 to 2.6.4+build.2022.02.02.12.18.06.ec5c441fb my CB is no longer respecting the Show Empty Fields setting, with all fields now on display - however they are also not filled with the entry in 'Empty Field Text'. I verified it on a couple of other sites. All tools checks are OK.

Is this a known issue?

Joomla! Version 3.10.5
PHP Version 7.4.27

Was able to confirm. It's a regression caused by some PHP 8.1 fixes. Have added a bug ticket to fix.
