I tried to answer a Ticket (ID: 703987 as sharingcom) in Client Area of Hosting Portal, but I received a 500 internal server error-

I tried then to post a new ticket, and got this new error:
Method Not Implemented
POST to /portal/submitticket.php not supported.
Apache Server at hosting.joomlapolis.com Port 443

I tried to send a messagge and received the same error.

I need to solve the problems mentioned in the ticket.
Please can you give me an answer?
