yes i'v notaced that, but in rtl mode the rounded box in the regetration doesnt work well here's an image:

Rounded is simply a CSS based template; it's not guaranteed to work with everyones site as your template could have CSS in place that distorts it. Please test with Default Joomla template and confirm if not displaying fine. At any rate am not able to investigate the cause without a direct URL to your registration form.
