[SOLVED] language problem was created by hadson11
hi
i created a new language plugin and compressed it: "cbplug_lang_cbsubs_hebrew"
for some how it doesnt encode well,
i saved all the files in utf-8 and still the characters are like that "ùìåí"
is there a reason?

had to save it also on html 4.01
