Not sure what the patch is intended to do, but I just tried it out. Access to the lists now seems totally independent on what I choose for the list. I set up access to ListA for Joomla UsergroupA and ListB for UsergroupB. I set up a user as UsergroupA and that user can access both lists, instead of just ListA.

The other piece of this is that the lists themselves do not filter out users based on Joomla Usergroup. If I set up ListA to include users only from UsergroupA, it does not work. It simply includes ALL registered users in the list.

Any idea when we might see a version of CB for J16 that properly utilizes the new ACLs across the board?
