Chosen plans combination is not allowed - error

9 years 3 months ago #256201 by aguaw
I'm getting the following error when trying to change a users membership in the CB user management area:

Chosen plans combination is not allowed (you must choose coherent plans selection, e.g. mandatory subscription(s) must be active or mandatory plan(s) must be chosen).

I have 2 identical top level, Non-Exclusive plans to choose from with a Parent of "Top"

Any ideas why I cannot change this?

Thanks

Do you have any top level exclusive plans? If you do then that'll be the cause as top level exclusive must be selected.

Do you mean on the same level as those 2 plans... yes like the attached.

Is there a way to move these so they don't affect plan changes like I had?

Make the top level plans non-exclusive or put them in parent plans that are non-exclusive. As long as there's exclusive plans on the same level as your 2 plans and at least 1 of the exclusive plans isn't selected you'll get that error.
