I'll freely admit I'm not the most savy designer. I also might not have posted earlier in the right forum. My request doesn't really fit nicely into any of the existing forums.

I'm looking to HIRE someone to help me upgrade my entire site due to some recent HACKER attacks from Turkey. (I only know that because these idiots left a calling card in the form of their graffiti)
