1. Better: Connected first then member can sign profilebook others member.

I guess this could be a new feature for the profilebook plugin - please add artifact to forge. Connected members can add comments regarding each individual connection - maybe this could suffice.

2. Problem : A testimonial still exist When member deleted other member in connection who past signed.

Dont agree that this is a problem - at least in the current profilebook implementation - the profilebook entry belongs to the profile being visited.

3. Also need approve or reject before publish in member profile coz could be the testimonial not wanted for example using harsh words, etc. (like CB Connections)

Currently profile owners are notified of new entries and they can edit or delete them.
