Hi,

this forum on joomlapolis.com seems to be seemlessly integrated into joomla. am I missing a component?

how do you go about installing a phpbb or similar type forum into joomla so that when users login, they can post messages without having to sign into the board separately?

Joomlapolis uses the joomlaboard (ex. simpleboard) component. You can find it on developer.joomla.org.

Joomlaboard was written for joomla.
All other forums depend on bridging to support single signon.
