Yes it is. I just finished installing it and it works great.

What I had to do to get it to work right was install the component and the plugin as usual.

Then I replaced all the contents of the components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_joomblogtab1_0rc1/cb.joomblogtab.php

with the file that "guckie" has available for download in this thread, calles cd.doc:
