Any known issues using Community Builder with www.cmsrealty.org (Joomla component)/ www.open-realty.org

I've tried the Joomla support forums and the CMS Realty support forums with no luck. So I thought before I reinstall everthing again I'd try here. Thanks in advance for any advice.

The below came up on Administrator>Components>CMS Realty>Open Realty Admin

I'm running 1.0.14RC1 Full Version, Community Builder 1.1, and CMS Realty 1.1.2 Component. Siteground hosting. Everything is a fresh install. Any ideas..?

I had this problem, you need to have a different database username for Joomla and Open Realty, I still used the same database, just set up a new user.
