hello all i am trying to get a personal page for every single user the past 2 days now, but can not it working.
It must be a page that only the administrator can edit and the user see when they login.
I want somthing like static content per user.

Can someone point me in the right direction ! i am puzzeled

I am a newb so I need to ask:

What are you trying to use to make the home page?

If its the User Home Page component with the cb plugin you have to go to the main admin page for joomla. Click components and then go to the User Home page component list. Click "Grant access to all users". It's not in the configuration. It's got its own link.
