Backup Account Database?

Backup Account Database? was created by MrChris
I was thinking of re-installing Joomla 1.0.7 and CB 1.2 RC2 again in a diff folder on my site and wanted to keep my exsiting account database.
What would be the best way I could do this?

Just move the joomla files and leave the database unmodified.
