OK, here goes
I have joomla 1.0.7 installed and working ok, Community builder 1 rc2 seems good and Joomlaboard 1.1.2 all good so far. I am using UddeIM for my pms still things work ok. I have CB and PMS intergrated into the board so that you can pm and see profiles of the board users. My issue is that I cant seem to get the image from the Community Builder profile to be linked to the posts in Joomlaboard. If i stop intergration with JB and CB then I can upload a seperate avitar just for JB but I would like the image in CB profile to show up next to the posts like there do on this site.

You need to specify this in your joomlaboard backend settings. Check for integration tab - i think.

He's right. Check the "avatars" tab and the "integration" tab.
