cb login distorts screen

cb login distorts screen was created by zebraz

when i click 'cb login' on the main menu, the screen goes wildly wide. here is the link:
sixdose.com/mambo/index.php?option=com_login&Itemid=37

what's gone wrong?

Have you tried positioning the login on the left colom instead of the center? Never seen the login there before, maybe that is causing the problem.
