GroupJive Upgrade was created by sohoprospecting
Once GroupJive 2.2 is here, what is the best way to upgrade it keeping all the configuration settings? Is there any file that I should backup, similar to uddeim?

Just install it over top of it self and it'll auto upgrade. No need to uninstall or anything of the sort. If you install upgrade then configuration will be kept.
