Is it possible in new GroupJive to have subgroups something similar like Wikigrops?

Groups of Groups? No, GJ works on a Parent > Child relationship as Category > Group that only goes 1 level deep.

Currently no plans to add subgroups as would require massive rewrite of many parts of GJ to support. It's possible nested Categories (categories of categories) will be added, but not nested groups of groups.
