I would like to edit the 'To:' text - nimb.ws/bgywoQ to 'Send To:'

I have looked in component language file and found a couple of To: instances but having edited these the frontend stioo displays To:

Can you please tell me if I am looking in the wrong place

Or
Where/how would I make changes to this 'To:' text

Found the text in the file
administrator > components > Comm_uddeim > language.utf8

Hope this may help others
