Latest CB Content module is version 1.4 which corrects this Joomla 1.7 related issue.
You can repurchase latest version or become an Advanced member and get new package and 14+ others with one year maintenance included.

There was a bad configuration in the purchasing process that was sending old 1.3 version and not latest 1.4 version.
