[#7500] Pay Offline Process Causing More Issues

After a new member chooses to pay offline, they are taken to a page showing the payment details and they then have to lock the transaction by pressing a confirmation button.

Too many people are not clicking this which, I assume is leading to the baskets not being initiated. This is creating additional work as the basket needs to be cancelled by admin and a new one created.

Is there a way to jump this step and when they choose to pay offline and confirm their choice, the transaction is locked?

They can still go to the next page (payment slip?), showing payment details, but then do not have to make the final action?

As people are paying by transfer, the need for a payment slip is a bit outdated (for me, in the UK, anyway!).


BTW, I have switch the payment slip popup off, so it is going to new page.

There's no option to disable the confirmation. I've added a feature ticket to review implementing not needing to click the confirmation link and for that to just be if the user needs to print the payment slip.
