Hi there,

I have something corious.

At the community builder user management I have one user (it is a super user), where the profile cannot be saved. I get the error 403 Forbidden - You do not have permission to access this document. In the Joomla user management the error do not appear, it works fine there (user can be edited an saved).

All other user are working fine at cb. It is only the one user, who can not be saved. The error appears in front- and backend.
I was looking to several things (database errors, ...), but I found no error. Perhaps it is a joomla error, but why do all other users work fine?

Have you an idea?

Are there any fields only super users can modify? Does this impact other super users (create a new one to test if needed)? Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then retry to see if any fatal errors occur. Note super users should not have mixed usergroups. Meaning they shouldn't have Registered and Super Users usergroups; they should only have Super Users.
