Here stands:

Input substitution supported value to match against. In addition to user substitutions you can access $_REQUEST, $_GET, and $_POST substitutions as [request_VARIABLE],[post_VARIABLE], and [get_VARIABLE] (e.g. [get_task]).
Can I use this for showing a TAB only with a certain URL? If yes, how can I make this?

Yes, that would be easier. Example as follows.would it be possible, to use menuitemid instead of url? That could be better.
