[SOLVED] [#8226] CB Package Builder - CMS Selection Field doesn't work

3 years 4 months ago - 3 years 4 months ago #321271 by schrammelmann
Hi,

I use the Package Builder (type packages) to offer a simple file download function to my users.
The files are organized via CMS Values in groups.

Today I updated to version 6.2.0+.

I just noticed that the frontend does not update the view after selecting a value from the CMS selection field.

My settings in Package Builder Configuration: Parameters -> Packages:
All = Disable
Bundle = Disable
CMS = Enable
Search = Disable

I think a piece of JavaScript is missing in the frontend.

Best Regards,
Michael

It's meant to be a search filter so you need to click the search button to trigger the search. Probably doesn't make a lot of sense to require clicking the search button though if all that is changing is the dropdown.

Have added a feature ticket to adjust the behavior. Should have a new build out sometime today.

Thank you for adding the feature ticket.

So far I've always used it without a search filter and it worked, so I'm glad to get this feature again.
