In the Logout Post-text box I added the following:

Your plan: [cb:userfield field="cb_planimage" /]

This works great by replacing the substitution with the plan image!

Except for the user that was added using the CBSubs Family Plans plugin. :( All they get is a dash "-" Is there a workaround?

Family plans may not work with that integration. Have added a bug ticket to look into it. Family plans doesn't actually give them a subscription in the database so some integrations may not work with it.
