'Subscription' shows empty at registration. was created by micheljrjulien
I created 2 plans on cbsubs,but everytime i try to show the plans during registration, i keep on getting that same line ('Subscription' shows empty at registration.) over and over no matter what settings i use.I will really appreciate some help here.

Please navigate to CBSubs > Plans and ensure your plans have a green checkmark under the columns "Allow new subscriptions" and "Allow registration". Then ensure "Access" is set to "Public Frontend". Once done ensure the plans are "Published". If still not displaying ensure "Show subscription plans at registration:" is set to "Yes" within CBSubs > Settings > Global.

All these settings are set correctly,but the plans are still not showing

Have reviewed your install and it's due to CB Profile Pro. Once the custom registration page you've created is disabled your CBSubs displays fine. You've only 2 plans. Your Members plan shows fine, but your Videos plan doesn't because you've set it to not display on registration on the Workflows tab of the Videos plan. Please contact CB Profile Pro developer for further support as to why CBSubs doesn't display.
