Hi. We recently moved to Joomla 1.7 from 1.5. Things have gone well, and we are up and running on the new version. Since the move, we have had to create some manual users in community builder. CBSubs, is installed and configured with subscriptions. Everything seemed to import just fine. The issue isn't viewing existing users, but creating new ones. When i goto the Subscription tab on a new user, the list is empty. I cannot add them to any of our subscriptions. Has anyone any experience with this and what might be wrong? Thanks!

Please edit your plans and on the Access tab ensure "Visible for Group (and above this group)" is set appropriately. Usergroups have different IDs in J1.7 compared to J1.5 so if a direct migration was done from J1.5 then you'll need to make adjustments where usergroup and accesslevels are used.
