Yup.If a members opts for recurring payments, I'm assuming authorize.net calls my site to extend the membership another year once the payment is made, correct?
Yup, CBSubs will tell them their subscription expired (if you have the email configured).If a recurring payment payment doesn't go through (expired for instance), will authorize,net email the site or the user to let them know?
No idea, you'd need to contact AcyMailing regarding this. We do have a column in database to provide subscription ID so it's easy for a DB query (as I suspect they're using) to determine if something is recurring or not.Lastly, I'm using Acymail to send reminder emails about expiration. I do not believe it has any way of knowing that someone is on a recurring payment plan, correct?
Currently CBSubs has no reminder emails. I believe next release will be providing this as a new mailer feature is to be provided (haven't tried it yet).If not, is there any advice on how to handle those reminders so that people with a recurring payment will not be reminded?
