Limit Subscriber access by ip address

Limit Subscriber access by ip address was created by andrewn51
My client wishes to monetize his site by providing subscriptions. He would like to prevent the sharing of login credentials to non-paying users. Is there a way to limit user access by username/password AND IP address, such that a single user can only login from their own computer?

IP addresses change at ISP level unless static IP is purchased by end user.
I do believe there are some Joomla plugins that only permit one user session at a time - perhaps this would be sufficient?
