Do you think it will be a good idea to uninstall and reinstall. If yes, Please how do i do this?

Please where can i do the note below in Joomla 2.5.1. i cant seem to figure it out.

Thanks a lot. You were right something i did was wrong. My editor was set to Rockpad. and this was not allow the information to be saved. So i changed the editor to The default editor and that resolved the problem.


Please to update my CBsubs 1.2.2 to 1.3RC how do i go about it?
