Joomla 1.7.3, CB 1.7.1, CBsubs 1.2.2

Here my problem.
I've set up 2 different registration forms: one for users (free) and one for companies (hidden and available clicking on a link referring to the URL's plan ).

Then, I've also created a donation plan and a merchandise plan that should be visible in the hidden plan. But they appear in the normal registration for user, and I didn't understand how to have these plans in the hidden plan.

Please, can you help me?
