Error installing CB Admin Nav Module & Mod Subs was created by mozgras
The installer error says ERROR: Could not find a CB XML setup file in the package. Using joomla 2.5.

Means you are trying to install a Joomla module using CB Plugin installer instead of Joomla installer.
Also means you are not using the CBSubs manual as all of this is described in detail.
