One of our members has contacted me to say his subscripton has expired but he did pay by credit card. I've found the ogone email which shows credit card payment was taken and provides an order reference. This order reference normally refers to a payment basket, but there is no payment basket of this id I can see in the system.
I've gone through the history logs and have found a change log entry for an insert of a store payment basket with this ID, but I'd then expect to see such as updating payment record and modifying subscription status but do not see any of these and still cannot find this basket entry.
Any ideas/thoughts/suggestions as to what might have happened and how I can track this in future?
