I am seeing some off formatting on my registration form. Can you look at the screenshot and let me know how/where I can fix this so the alignment is right?

Looks like a float or something of the sort is being applied and not cleared. Try switching to default Joomla template and see if issue goes away.

I suggest using Chrome or Firebug for Firefox then to inspect the CSS for that problematic template and suggest to the template developer they review and fix. It looks like an float that isn't being cleared or maybe something changed to inline-block.
